Backyard Director Kim Nguyen recently teamed up with Anomaly to shoot a Langhorne Slim video that launched Captain Morgan's larger "Captain Morgan Step into the Black Music Series" interactive Facebook campaign. The video's high-energy camera shifts, which flip from a hazy audience view to unique close-ups of the various band members and their instruments, match the upbeat pace of the song itself.
Langhorne Slim is one of ten artists that will be featured on Captain Morgan's Facebook site. Members of the site can access the videos by liking Captain Morgan and then following the iconic pirate through an interactive backroom of a century gone by.
"We had a lot of fun working with Anomaly on this one," stated Nguyen. "Langhorne Slim was great as well. It's always fun to be part of a bigger campaign and to work with a brand as cool as Captain Morgan."
